




Leading company in its sector is seeking an **Administrative Manager** **Position Purpose:** To direct, coordinate and comprehensively supervise the operations of the suburban transportation company, ensuring service continuity, compliance with concession regulations, administrative and financial efficiency, proper operation of vehicles, and effective human capital management (drivers, union, and support staff). **1\. Administration and Finance** · Budget control, operational costs, and company profitability. · Supervision of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and daily revenue collection. **2\. Logistics and Operations** · Planning of routes, schedules, and operator assignments. · Monitoring of punctuality, frequency, and service quality. **3\. Fleet Maintenance** · Ensure vehicle availability and optimal conditions. · Oversight of internal workshops and coordination with external providers. **4\. Revenue Collection and Auditing** · Monitor daily income flow. · Control and review of cashiers, supervisors, and payment systems. **5\. Human Resources and Union Management** · Supervise hiring, training, and staff discipline. · Manage labor relations and union agreements. **6\. Accidents and Insurance** · Immediate response to accidents and incidents. · Coordination with insurance companies on claims and payments. **7\. Concessions and Regulation** · Compliance with state and municipal regulations. · Processing and renewal of operating permits. **8\.
