Job Summary: We are seeking a Mold Fitter with experience in interpreting 2D drawings and operating machine tools, as well as knowledge of mold assembly and finishing. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in interpreting 2D drawings and operating machine tools. 2. In-depth knowledge of molds, their component breakdown, functionality, and assembly. 3. Proficiency in finishing techniques for mold components and welding. **MOLD FITTER** **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience (preference for aluminum molds) \*\*\*\*\* Responsible, Punctual \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\* Ability to commute independently\*\*\*\*\*\*\* **WORK SCHEDULE** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Interpretation of 2D drawings * Operation of conventional machine tools; familiarity with lathes, milling machines, grinders, presses, their accessories, features, and operational capabilities. * Knowledge of molds: ability to identify mold component breakdown and the function of each part. * Assembles mold components according to specifications, applying tolerances and adjustment criteria. * Applies finishing techniques to achieve the final appearance and surface quality of mold parts; selects abrasive stones based on specified requirements.
