




Plan, organize, lead and control human capital. Adapt and implement procedures to promote and support activities that contribute to a positive work environment. Analyze and present high-impact improvement proposals within the organization. Comply with organizational rules and procedures regarding comprehensive safety. Keep equipment and workplace orderly, reporting any anomalies. Prepare periodic reports of activities carried out. Recruit and select personnel. Coordinate induction courses for new employees. Manage and maintain employee records. Prepare employment contracts (employment agreements and confidentiality agreements). Follow up on performance evaluations and contract renewal processes. 30. Monitor the application of training needs assessment evaluations for all staff. Follow up on the execution of training plans and programs. Safeguard and control evidence of training provided to personnel. Manage and interpret SUA, IDSE reports. Perform registrations, cancellations and modifications in IDSE, SUA. Calculate severance payments and settlements. Follow up and prepare personnel notices. Coordinate and follow up on ESR activities in the scope of Quality of Life.
