At **BomBinos Daycare Centers**, our goal has been excellence and the well-being of girls and boys from 43 days old up to 4 years of age who use the **Daycare Services of the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS).** We seek to incorporate into our team a person committed to the maintenance and preservation of our facilities, ensuring safe, functional, and optimal environments for our children and staff. **Job Objective:** Provide preventive and corrective maintenance to the daycare’s facilities, ensuring that spaces remain in optimal condition regarding functionality, safety, and hygiene for the well-being of children and staff. **Requirements:** * *Minimum Education:* **Completed Secondary School** (certificate required) * Experience performing general repairs within facilities * Knowledge of painting, plastering, and furniture repair * Proficiency in using basic maintenance tools and equipment * Experience inspecting electrical, hydraulic, and sanitary installations * Ability to identify malfunctions and provide timely solutions * Experience in preventive maintenance and tracking of defects * Basic knowledge of estimating and requesting maintenance materials * Support in facility adaptations and preservation * Responsible, organized individual with a sense of urgency * Availability to assist with various operational needs of the daycare **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary paid biweekly * Statutory benefits * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ***Join our great team!*** Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
