WE INVITE YOU TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS: **"Technical Support"** REQUIREMENTS: Education: High school diploma with a technical degree or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (degree certificate required) KNOWLEDGE: * PC operation * Information analysis * Excel and Word RESPONSIBILITIES: Unit configuration, installation and training, unit assembly, equipment receipt Enrollment system testing Preparation of delivery and installation completion certificates Preparation of technical reports, covering operator absences Preparation of travel expense reports (with supporting documentation) Technical training, hardware and software maintenance, equipment return WE OFFER: * Gross salary: $12,356\.70 * Punctuality and attendance bonus: $500\.00 per month * Statutory benefits and job stability. * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Work location: Centro, Querétaro Willingness to travel anywhere within the Mexican Republic (no relocation required; travel allowances provided) Dress code: Business attire—white shirt/blouse, black or beige trousers, black shoes.
