REQUIREMENTS: * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree. * Intermediate–advanced Excel (pivot tables and macros). * Handheld device experience (preferred). * WMS knowledge (preferred). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Inventory reconciliation. * Preparation of inventory count reports. * Tracking and traceability of inventory discrepancies. * Identification of opportunity areas related to inventory variances. * Management of control files and follow-up on inventory count plans. * Minimum 1 year of inventory experience, including: physical counts, ABC classification, and IRA and ILA metrics. SCHEDULE: Rotating shift * Morning shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Monday to Saturday) * Afternoon shift: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Monday to Saturday) * Night shift: 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (Monday to Friday) WORK LOCATION: * 36113 Silao de la Victoria, Gto.
