Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the support team (7 members). Ensure timely and efficient handling of incidents and requests. Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvements. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software. Act as liaison among users, technical team, and other departments. Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Manage support tickets and document activities, changes, and failures. Track incidents to resolution. Manage and document system and service changes. Prepare performance and incident reports for decision-making. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Level 2 IT support. 3 to 4 years of experience in Windows services administration, programming, and SQL. Technical English proficiency at approximately 50%. Knowledge of network and Windows systems administration. Familiarity with ITIL methodologies. Personal transportation. On-site availability and willingness to perform on-call duties when required.
