Job Summary: Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, including electricity, plumbing, infrastructure preservation, and green area maintenance, with an emphasis on teamwork and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance across various areas. 2. Support for electrical repairs and inspection of sanitary systems. 3. Infrastructure preservation and garden maintenance. Job Description: Basic knowledge in: Electricity and plumbing. Manual and electric tools. Industrial safety. Skills: Responsibility and commitment. Teamwork. Service-oriented attitude. Attention to detail. Main Responsibilities: Preventive and corrective maintenance. Support inspection and repair of lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and electrical wiring. Inspect water pipes, drainage systems, and sanitary systems for leaks or damage. Perform cleaning and maintenance of pumps, dispensers, roofs, and common areas. Infrastructure preservation: painting, patching, and cleaning of walls, floors, and signage. Furniture maintenance (benches, doors, protective barriers, grilles, etc.). Garden, green area, and station exterior maintenance. Benefits: Statutory benefits.
