Hardware and software problem analysis and resolution An aerospace company commencing operations is seeking: **IT SUPPORT ENGINEER** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Requesting IT hardware according to the standard catalog * Maintenance and installation tasks * Remote support for international network teams * Creating documentation and user guides * Managing external vendors * Maintaining local IT hardware inventory (laptops, PCs, scanners, printers) * On-site analysis and resolution/repair of hardware and software issues * Ticket and request management **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Advanced English mandatory** (daily contact with corporate office in Germany) * **More than 2 years** of experience in IT support roles within manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or related industries * Completed Engineering or Bachelor’s degree **WE OFFER:** Base salary \+ benefits exceeding statutory requirements **WORK LOCATION:** PYME Industrial Park Employment type: Full-time Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
