Job Description: **We are looking for a Production Planner** **Requirements:** * Experience working with MPS. * 2 years of experience * Knowledge in production planning and scheduling. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Logistics, or related fields. **Skills:** * Sense of responsibility * Effective communication * Results-oriented * Decision making **Knowledge:** * Planning, scheduling, and coordination of production activities. * Production and manufacturing processes. * MPS/Production Planning. * Knowledge of plant resources and capacities. * Office software package. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. **Main Function:** Ensure customer requirements are met through the generation and tracking of internal production plans. **Specific Functions:** * Generate and distribute weekly production plans, and track their fulfillment. * Validate material availability to meet production plans. * Participate with involved departments in the 5S program. * Periodically request requirement information from the customer (daily plans, weekly plans, and forecast). * Record customer requirement information (daily plans, weekly plans, and forecast). * Monthly update of sales/consumer fulfillment analysis and customer plans for adjusting standard production calculations. * Follow up with production leaders on production plan fulfillment, prioritize line entries, and notify area leaders of any adjustments made. * Internally report or report to the customer, as applicable, any situations that could compromise deliveries, and propose solutions. * Attend to and route customer requirements to the relevant departments. * Prepare work orders and enter them into the system. * Enter production reports into the system. * Perform WIP cycle counts. * Maintain record and control of KPIs. **We Offer:** * Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. * Statutory and additional benefits * Option for indefinite contract * Transportation service for arrival and departure (certain areas) * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Free uniforms and PPE equipment Job Type: Trial period Contract Duration: 3 months Salary: Starting at $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Savings box * Company parking * Option for indefinite contract * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
