Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Leader to plan, execute, and monitor construction or renovation projects, coordinating teams and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Professional growth within an expanding company. **Key Responsibilities:** · Plan, execute, and monitor construction or renovation projects. · Coordinate internal teams (design, production, installation) and external parties (contractors, suppliers, subcontractors). · Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and material/human resources. · Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and delivery deadline regulations. · Conduct site visits and manage technical or logistical contingencies. · Serve as the primary point of contact with the client, reporting progress and managing scope changes. · Lead progress meetings and generate financial and operational status reports. **Requirements:** · Proven experience leading construction, renovation, or commercial installation projects (retail or furniture industry experience preferred). · Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and collaborative tools. · Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. · Knowledge of budgeting, construction contracts, and cost management. · Willingness to conduct site visits and travel as required. · Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **We Offer:** · Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) \+ statutory benefits. · Professional growth within an expanding company.
