Minimum 6 months of experience as a Technical Support professional. Job Responsibilities: Planning of on-site technical support visits. Operation of a standard automobile with a valid driver's license. Updating, installing, and changing operating systems at point-of-sale locations. Updating and installing equipment at point-of-sale locations. Installation and support of peripherals. Diagnosis and resolution of internet connectivity issues, including reporting to service providers. Installation and support of CCTV systems. Installation and support of telecommunications equipment (routers, switches, access points). Preventive maintenance of installed devices. Recording all activities in the mobile application. Required Knowledge: Basic networking knowledge. Hardware repair skills. Daily user support for software and hardware usage. At the server level: maintaining server hardware and software, including maintenance and monitoring of their integration with the network (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.), as well as proper configuration of network services provided by servers.
