San Antonio de la Punta, Querétaro, QUERÉTARO 76135 MEX. Your mission will be: * Your main responsibility will be entering all samples with assigned analysis codes, as well as managing their receipt and dispatch to ensure timely delivery of results to our customers. Your responsibilities will include: * Receiving and verifying sample integrity according to established procedures, classifying them by risk level. * Properly storing samples until entry and handover to the technical department. * Registering sample information into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) based on received documentation. * Performing sample batching for those requiring microbiological analysis and delivering work orders with labels to the laboratory. * Supporting the technical team with corrections, reprinting work orders, changes or re\-entry of samples in the LIMS system. * Identifying and reporting discrepancies in information to ensure accurate and timely sample entry. * Preparing samples for shipment to other facilities/testing laboratories according to subcontracting workflows, and registering and tracking dispatched samples. * Maintaining updated records of equipment and temperatures in software. * Conducting timely follow\-up on Quality Tools (Four Zeros), applying 5S principles and executing continuous improvement processes. * Assisting with additional operational tasks as needed and preparing special reports for specific customers. **YOUR SKILLS** * Solid experience in data entry and information systems management. * Technical or professional background with desirable theoretical experience in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, etc., although not essential for this role. * Basic computer skills and data entry abilities to efficiently use the keyboard when entering sample information into LIMS. * Strong knowledge of personal computer software and data entry skills for inputting data into LIMS and generating special reports. * Ability to generate reports and maintain traceability of entries and documentation. * Organizational skills to track and maintain traceability of entries and documentation. * Time management skills (important to ensure samples are entered promptly for analysis). * Written and oral communication skills (essential for obtaining or clarifying instructions for required analyses). * General office skills (helpful for performing other department\-related tasks). * Basic knowledge of microbiology and chemistry is useful for assigning correct test codes, but not mandatory. **WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?** * Because you would contribute to an **inspiring Public Health purpose**, supported by visionary, long\-term shareholders. * Because you would have an **impact on our strategic pillars**, built upon 50 years of experience and expertise. * Because you would become part of **a community of enthusiastic and skilled individuals** who love co\-building together and serving a purpose greater than themselves. * Because you would be **welcomed exactly as you are**, in a diverse and open\-minded environment rich in our uniqueness and differences. * Because you would grow within an **international group of over 8,200 fantastic employees**, with many opportunities to learn and share. **Ready for the journey?** **To apply, click on the 'Apply Now' button**
