Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented and leadership-driven Technical Manager to lead technical and field strategies for biostimulants and fertilizers, providing technical advisory services and developing application strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead technical and field strategies with biostimulants and fertilizers. 2. Provide specialized technical advisory services and maximize crop performance. 3. Represent the company at industry events and generate market reports. At Vidanta Agriculture, we seek a highly qualified **Technical Manager**, results-focused, with strong leadership skills and passion for the agricultural sector, to lead technical and field strategies for the use of our biostimulants and fertilizers. **Requirements:** * Male or female. * Completed Master’s degree in agriculture (agronomy, crop science, or related fields). * Minimum two years’ verifiable experience in agricultural sector companies. * Technical knowledge in plant nutrition, biostimulation, and crop management. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Ability to deliver technical presentations, training sessions, and field demonstrations. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (field-based work). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with producers and distributors. **Responsibilities:** * Lead technical strategies and coordinate field activities. * Provide specialized technical advisory services regarding our products. * Conduct training sessions, field demonstrations, and follow-up activities. * Develop application strategies to maximize crop performance. * Represent the company at industry events, demonstration plots, and technical visits. * Generate performance reports and market feedback. **We Offer:** * Competitive base salary (based on experience) $14,000\.00 plus bonus. * Statutory benefits. * Work tools.
