Professional growth and continuous learning We are a BTL MARKETING AGENCY, currently looking for an **Industrial Designer** with experience in **BTL agencies**, focused on developing **displays, booths, and brand experiences for events and point-of-sale**. We seek a creative, technically skilled professional with a production-oriented vision—someone who understands how to bring a concept **from render to actual fabrication**. Responsibilities * Design of **booths, islands, displays, and POP furniture** for events and retail. * Development of creative proposals aligned with briefs and brand guidelines. * Creation of **3D renders**, technical drawings, and fabrication blueprints. * Selection of materials (MDF, acrylic, metalwork, printing, etc.). * Collaboration with production, account management, and vendor teams. * Design adjustments based on budget, timeline, and technical feasibility. * Creative support for BTL activations and brand experiences. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Design** * **Minimum 2 years of experience in BTL agencies** or studios specializing in events. * Demonstrable experience in designing **booths and displays**. * Proficiency in software: * Rhino / SketchUp / SolidWorks (or similar) * KeyShot / V-Ray / Enscape * Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop * Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials. * Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. * **Portfolio required**.
