Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Continuous Improvement. **Job Description** **General Description:** Responsible for maintaining the company’s quality system and supporting compliance with FDA, ISO, and Canadian regulatory requirements, as well as ensuring achievement of quality objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with pre-established quality objectives. * Maintain continuous improvement through quality projects in the assigned area. * Administer and optimize resources required for the assigned area. * Report weekly and monthly work-area results to the multidisciplinary team. * Review and improve manufacturing and inspection procedures based on improvement initiatives. * Verify Quality Cup and Line Bonus reports per established policies. * Control and improve the training process for inspectors, team leaders, and supervisors. * Attend quarterly/area performance review meetings with the multidisciplinary team. * Conduct investigations of customer complaints directly related to manufacturing. * Establish development metrics for supervisor, team leader, and inspector positions. * Verify and perform updates to documents in ETQ.
