




**Technical Support Assistant** **Requirements:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of verifiable technical support experience. * Solid knowledge of operating systems, office software, and antivirus programs. * Ability to effectively identify and resolve technical issues. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. * Availability to provide both on-site and remote support. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operating systems: Windows 10/11, basic Linux knowledge. * Databases. * LAN/WAN networks: fundamental concepts of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS. * Incident management: tools such as Freshservice, Zoho, or equivalents. * Hardware: basic diagnostics and preventive maintenance of computers, printers, and peripheral devices. * Basic VPN and remote access configuration (Cisco AnyConnect, TeamViewer, AnyDesk). * Basic SQL knowledge: SELECT, UPDATE, DELETE, INSERT queries. * Elementary use of tools such as MySQL Workbench, SQL Server Management Studio, or similar. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of $15,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits. * Short-term career growth opportunities. * Life insurance. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM (including a 2-hour lunch break), and Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. **Location:** Patriotismo Metro or Metrobús station (Escandón neighborhood)
