What does a typical day look like? ### **Commercial Terms & Conditions (CTC) and Pricing Management** * Analyze and challenge the feasibility of commercial terms and conditions based on business requirements. * Verify the accuracy and consistency of collected information before entering it into the information system. * Configure pricing and commercial terms and conditions in the information system. * Identify rejections and manage corresponding corrections within the information system. * Perform data cleansing to remove obsolete, unused, duplicate, or incorrect information from the system. ### **Request Management** * Gather customer requests and complaints related to pricing and commercial terms and conditions. * Analyze requests and provide appropriate solutions or responses. * Maintain contact with the customer, follow up, and close the service process. * Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. * Share recurring issues with relevant internal partners to identify solutions. ### **Financial Transaction Traceability** * Ensure traceability of financial transactions regardless of payment type to meet audit requirements. * Prepare and archive all supporting documentation in accordance with applicable regulations in the relevant territory. ### **Applying and Improving Work Methods** * Apply legal, tax, and internal control regulations (including seizure rules). * Recommend actions and improvements to increase work method efficiency, internal control compliance, and customer satisfaction.
