Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to start as CNC Operator Assistant with opportunities for professional growth and training in CNC control operation and part measurement. Key Highlights: 1. Direct support to the Production process **CNC OPERATOR INTERNSHIP / PRACTICUM** Due to expansion, we are looking for individuals interested in starting as a CNC Operator Assistant. If you seek an opportunity to grow professionally, this is your chance—we will train you. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Desire to begin as a CNC Operator Assistant or intern. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience operating machines and tools. * Availability to rotate shifts every 15 days. * Responsible, punctual * Ability to commute independently; the company does not provide transportation. **BASIC KNOWLEDGE** * Familiarity with on-machine programming and control usage * Familiarity with HAAS machining centers operation. * Part mounting and adjustment. * Part measurement. **ACADEMIC BACKGROUND** * Studies in Machine Tools * Technical degree / Engineering in Metallurgical-Mechanical fields * Technical degree / Engineering in Automotive Systems. **WORK SCHEDULE** Shifts rotate every 15 days 1st shift: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM 2nd shift: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM The company does not provide transportation services. Therefore, please review the schedule carefully before applying. **COMPANY LOCATION** LEBARIO: located inside Querétaro Park on Av. Peñuelas. **OBJECTIVES** * Develop staff to learn CNC control operation in manual, semi-automatic, and automatic modes. * Inspect and measure finished products and compare them against requirements to determine whether the process has been completed correctly. * Ensure part dimensions comply with specifications using appropriate measuring tools. * Provide direct support to the Production process to reduce cycle times. * Assist CNC Operators and Adjusters in required tasks.
