Requirements: • Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineer in Computer Systems. • Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT performing similar tasks. • Knowledge: Intermediate-to-advanced Excel, network infrastructure, preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and printers. Installation and configuration of CCTV (security cameras). • Skills: Ticket management and response time handling, service orientation and user support, effective communication (clearly explaining technical solutions to users).
