Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Technical Support specialist to diagnose and resolve incidents related to equipment, networks, and systems, providing prompt and effective assistance. Position available: Junior Technical Support 3 positions available across different offices! Requirements: • Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineer in Computer Systems. • Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT performing similar tasks. • Knowledge: Intermediate-to-advanced Excel, network infrastructure, preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and printers. Installation and configuration of CCTV (security cameras). • Skills: Ticket management and response time handling, service orientation and user support, effective communication (clearly explaining technical solutions to users). Main Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to users (on-site and remote), ensuring prompt and effective assistance • Diagnose and resolve incidents involving computer equipment, networks, and systems • Install and configure hardware and software according to user needs • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment • Manage and update inventory. • Track tickets, ensuring timely resolution or escalation as required We Offer: • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. • Work location: Positions available in El Jacal neighborhood, Centro neighborhood, and Arboledas neighborhood, Querétaro, Qro • Salary: Weekly payment • Statutory benefits + additional health benefits • Training and professional development opportunities Interested in joining our team?
