




Job Summary: Construction Project Quality Coordinator responsible for planning and ensuring quality from the initial stage, supervising processes and materials, and managing documentation. Construction Quality Coordinator for Michoacán and Querétaro Requirements: Civil Engineer, Architect, or related degree Experience: Construction quality control, management system implementation, and construction supervision. Experience in CIVIL WORKS (NOT highways and bridges) Competencies: Proficiency in Office and ERP software, construction scheduling, protocol release control. Willingness to travel Ability to drive standard transmission vehicles / Valid driver's license Responsibilities: Plan and ensure quality from the initial stage of the project Participate from the project kickoff as a preventive technical filter. Validate execution drawings. Conduct cross-review of budget, catalog, and construction schedule. Establish technical control standards and tolerances. Control specifications during execution. · Control technical quality during execution Supervise that construction processes comply with drawings, specifications, and applicable regulations. Validate materials, certifications, and technical specifications. Coordinate and supervise laboratory tests (concrete, compaction, installations, etc.). Identify technical deviations and prevent failures before they occur. · Integrate quality control with project profitability Technically validate line items prior to releasing estimates. Identify non-billable work or work performed outside specifications. Control change orders and their technical-financial impact. · Manage documentation, audits, and traceability Prepare for and attend internal and external audits. Control inspection records, test reports, and technical validations. Ensure documentary traceability of the project. · Ensure implementation of the 3C/2S Model on site Commitment: Strict compliance with specifications. Awareness: Anticipation of technical risks.
