Full-time or part-time / On-site **Position Objective:** Ensure the quality and compliance of labels provided by producers, prevent rejections, and guarantee adherence to established standards. **Position Description:** The **Labeling Quality Analyst** will be responsible for reviewing and validating that labels meet established requirements, providing continuous follow-up to producers. Additionally, they will manage deviations, coordinate trainings, and follow up on corrective actions related to labeling. This role also involves maintaining updated checklists, communicating specification changes, and ensuring proper implementation of guidelines across various agricultural sites. **Main Responsibilities:** * Verify that labels comply with required standards and specifications * Promptly follow up with producers and resolve incidents * Manage and document labeling process deviations * Coordinate and document trainings for producers and packaging personnel * Keep the label verification checklist up to date * Request and follow up on corrective actions * Administer and clean the department's email inbox * Communicate specification updates to producers * Validate barcodes on labels and report inconsistencies **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Engineering, Quality, Agro-industry, Food Science, or similar) * Experience in quality control, labeling, or agricultural processes (preferred) * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency * Attention to detail and focus on regulatory compliance * Communication and follow-up skills * Proficiency in digital tools (Excel, email, databases) **Competencies:** * Organization and control * Effective communication * Quality focus **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree \- completed **Desired Experience Level:** Entry-level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Agriculture *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69ed1962330000330030b18f\&source\=indeed*
