**We are looking for:** ### **Multifunctional Technician** **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position * High school diploma or TSU / Electrician / Mechatronics / Industrial Maintenance * Live near Empresalia (Av. 5 de febrero) **Knowledge:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance * Basic knowledge of electricity and mechanics. * Handling of electric, mechanical, cutting and welding tools. * Air conditioning maintenance * Working at heights maintenance. * Knowledge of LOTO. * Extensive knowledge of manual and spray painting application. * Masonry knowledge * Articulated platform operation. * Forklift operation preferred. * Knowledge of measurement tools (multimeter). * Knowledge of globally harmonized system. * Handling of chemical substances. * Operation of scrubber and polisher. * Wax application. * Hazardous waste handling. * Waterproofing knowledge. * Plumbing and pipefitting knowledge. * Basic gardening. **Competencies:** * Service attitude * Initiative * Sense of urgency **We offer:** $16,600 gross monthly pesos \+ Statutory benefits **Work location:** Empresalia / Querétaro
