We are looking for passionate, talented individuals with a strong human sense, aligned with our values—Teamwork, Integrity, and Passion—who want to be part of a dynamic and diverse team. **MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR** · Supervise the production schedule and organize personnel activities in the plant. · Review process operations, documentation completion, and material reconciliation. · Delegate responsibilities, receive and deliver materials. · Report on production schedule compliance, close manufacturing orders, and issue finished product vouchers. · Follow up on deviations, CAPAs, and Change Controls, and perform RAP and trend analysis. · Ensure compliance with GMPs and continuous improvement of processes. Requirements: · Availability to work rotating 3 shifts · Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor, 3 years of personnel management, knowledge of pharmaceutical unit operations (mixing, compression, and packaging) · Bachelor's degree in Chemical Sciences or equivalent · Knowledge in continuous improvement, new product development, process optimization, granulation, mixing, compression, coating and packaging unit operations, management of unionized and non-unionized staff We Offer: · Life insurance. · Major Medical Expenses Insurance. · Grocery vouchers.
