Price analysis and cost minimization Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of general accounting * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Familiarity with accounting software (preferred) * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * 100% IMSS coverage from day one * Opportunity for professional growth and development * Grocery vouchers Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Education: * Incomplete or ongoing bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * General accounting: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment **Full Job Description** * Consistently manage the procurement flow established by Hotel Patio Santiago. * Maintain updated catalogs of items and suppliers. * Conduct continuous price analysis during periods specified by internal audit. * Minimize procurement, storage, and distribution costs. * Submit periodic management reports for monitoring purposes. * Ensure proper receipt of goods, including signature and “Received” stamp. * Prepare a daily goods receipt report, specifying supplier name, invoice number, amount, whether direct or storable, payment method (cash or credit), and item category breakdown. * Identify slow-moving inventory items. * Conduct weekly and monthly inventory counts. * Issue inventory variance reports. * Prepare analyses of responsibility-related shortages. * Inventory valuation. * Invoice verification. * Issue invoices for direct purchases. * Review supplier invoices to determine approval or rejection.
