Requirements: Manage the procurement of spare parts, ensuring timely supply, competitive costs, and proper inventory administration. * Proficiency in Office software and computer equipment. * Completed bachelor’s degree. * Age 30 to 45 years. * Gender: unrestricted. * Experience in purchasing. * Knowledge of quotations in the automotive spare parts market (light vehicles, diesel/heavy-duty transport). * Management of national and international suppliers. * Report preparation. * ERP system handling. * Basic tax regulations (invoicing, credit notes). Key Responsibilities: * Comprehensive management of the automotive spare parts procurement and supply area, including market analysis, selection and negotiation with national and international suppliers, cost and margin control, inventory planning and administration—ensuring optimal stock levels, turnover, and availability. Supervision of logistics processes, purchasing policies, credit and payments, as well as ERP system usage. * Administration of the procurement process through purchase order preparation and control, consumption analysis, and demand forecasting. Strategic inventory management, including definition of optimal levels, ABC analysis, and actions to reduce obsolescence and slow-moving items. Supplier negotiation, invoice validation, and coordination with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency.
