A leading national automotive company is seeking: Purchasing Agent Position Objective: To guide and complete the vehicle acquisition process with our customers, either at a center or remotely, once the mechanical and legal purchase has been approved. Required Skills and Knowledge: ● Proficiency in computer tools (100% general computer operation) ● Basic Excel knowledge ● Excellent spelling and writing skills ● Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team ● Skill in effectively handling objections ● Results-oriented mindset and proactive attitude ● Outstanding customer service skills ● Automotive sector experience preferred (not mandatory) Main Responsibilities: ● Attend 100% of customers visiting centers for inspection ● Ensure delivery of 100% of final offers within a maximum timeframe of 4 hours ● Generate quotations on the Seler Center platform ● Nurture customer relationships by providing timely information and resolving inquiries ● Promptly follow up with customers whose inspections have been approved ● Evaluate documentation to verify compliance with purchasing criteria ● Ensure contract signing and correct issuance of the auto-invoice ● Close the purchase process efficiently and clearly Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 am – 6 pm Work Location: Av. 5 de febrero 1724, Colonia Industrial Benito Juárez We Offer: ● Gross monthly base salary: $12,653 MXN ● Variable compensation scheme ● Vacation days exceeding statutory requirements (15 days in the first year; 20 days starting from the second year) ● Major Medical Expenses Insurance and Life Insurance ● Savings fund, payroll advances, MINU ● Exclusive discount at Kavak Join our team We want to meet you Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $12,653.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Major Medical Expenses Insurance * Life Insurance * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * What are your salary expectations?
