Main Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise the team of **welders and workshop personnel**. * Prepare and interpret **workshop drawings for fabrication**. * Organize the **movement, transfer, and control of tools**. * Coordinate the **receiving, preparation, and transfer of materials**. * Plan workshop activities to meet **production timelines and quality standards**. * Supervise welding work to ensure compliance with specifications. Candidate Profile * **Civil Engineer** (preferably with knowledge of metal structures). * Experience in **welding workshops, metal fabrication, or structural work**. * Knowledge of **interpreting and preparing workshop drawings**. * Experience coordinating operational staff. * Organizational skills and ability to control materials. Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of **welding processes**. * Experience in **fabrication of structural components**. * Ability to plan workshop production.
