Key role in reviewing and issuing critical alerts for projects **Quality Manager (Construction)** **Requirements:** * Education: Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field * Minimum 5 years of experience in control, supervision, PMO, operational coordination, or process auditing roles * Experience working in architecture firms or construction companies * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously * Knowledge of Project Management, Lean Construction, and Process Auditing * Advanced Excel skills * KPI management **Responsibilities:** * Review project and site meeting minutes * Verify signed checklists * Audit processes * Review project files * Compare progress against schedule * Review permit application deadlines * Issue critical, weekly, and operational alerts * Generate weekly executive reports **We Offer:** Base salary + statutory benefits Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
