Main Responsibilities \- Collect, clean, and organize operational and administrative information. \- Create reports, dashboards, and executive presentations in Excel and Power BI. \- Analyze trends, patterns, and variations in business indicators. \- Audit data integrity and identify inconsistencies. \- Apply statistical methods to support decision-making. \- Design visual aids for management and executives. \- Monitor key KPIs and generate performance alerts. \- Propose improvements in information and automation processes. \- Collaborate with different departments to ensure data consistency. \- Promote a culture of analysis, control, and continuous improvement. Academic Requirements \- Technical or incomplete professional degree in related fields such as: Systems Technician, Business Management, Data Analysis, Industrial Engineering, or related. Technical Skills \- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, data modeling). \- Power BI (data modeling, interactive dashboards). \- Applied statistics and indicator control. \- Mathematical logic and data analysis. \- Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma desirable). \- Database organization and management. Skills and Competencies \- Logical, analytical, and innovative thinking. \- Ability to interpret information with strategic insight. \- Clear and effective communication. \- Organization, accuracy, and attention to detail. \- Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement. \- Teamwork and results orientation. \- Ethics, commitment, and responsibility in handling information.
