**ACANTE: Payroll Analyst** **Location:** TRAXIÓN LOGISTICS – **Querétaro Base** **Modality:** 100% in-person At **TRAXIÓN LOGISTICS**, a leading company in comprehensive transportation and logistics solutions, we are seeking to add a **Payroll Analyst** to our team, with solid experience in managing and processing high-volume payroll operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Process and validate **biweekly and weekly payrolls** timely and accurately. * Manage payroll incidents (hires, terminations, disabilities, vacations, overtime, bonuses, etc.). * Calculate final settlements and severance payments in accordance with current legislation. * Properly manage contributions to **IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT**. * Ensure compliance with **fiscal and labor obligations**. * Handle internal inquiries related to payroll and social security. * Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations, as well as support audits and reviews. **Essential Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of **3 years of experience** processing payrolls for **large employee rosters** (preferably multi-company). * Solid knowledge of **Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, Income Tax (ISR), and employment subsidy**. * Advanced Excel skills and experience with payroll systems (preferably NOI or other ERPs). * Availability to work **100% in-person** in Querétaro. * High attention to detail, confidentiality, and commitment. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a national leader in the logistics sector. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * **Benefits exceeding legal requirements.** * Real opportunities for professional development and growth.
