It's the place where dreams are born, memories are built, and every day begins a new story. **We are looking for you!** A growing company is seeking a **Payroll Specialist** with experience in payroll management and administration. **Objective:** Ensure accurate calculation, processing, and timely payroll payment in compliance with current tax, labor, and social security regulations, as well as maintain control over incidents and proper integration of information for internal and external reporting. **Responsibilities:** * Personnel transactions in IMSS and ERP (hires, terminations, salary adjustments). * Payroll calculation, stamping, and disbursement (internal and mixed schemes). * Management of payments (commissions, Christmas bonus, vacation premium, severance, settlements). * Management of social security and INFONAVIT contributions. * Address employee inquiries regarding payroll. * Coordinate severance and settlement calculations. * Assign and manage fuel cards and grocery vouchers. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in **Public Accounting.** **Experience:** * **2 to 3 years** of experience in **payroll calculation and personnel administration.** * Experience using payroll systems **(e.g., NOI, Nomipaq, CONTPAQi, ERP).** **Knowledge:** * Mexican labor and tax legislation. * Integration of base salary for contribution (SBC). * Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, SIPARE. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. **Competencies:** * Attention to detail. * Organization and control. * Confidentiality and professional ethics. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication. **We Offer:** * Monday to Friday work schedule. * Competitive salary. * Computer equipment.
