Join our team; we are looking for: TRAINER / INSTRUCTOR - COFFEE SHOP EXPERIENCE Key objective of the position: Ensure technical training of sales point employees so they can deliver the value proposition according to service protocols and established best practices within the business segment, as well as guarantee employee integration to generate optimal working relationships for professional development. REQUIREMENTS: \*Completed bachelor's degree in administration, psychology, education or related field \*Group management skills Over 1 year of experience preparing coffee-based beverages Flexible availability Easy transportation access KNOWLEDGE: Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Good practices (food and beverage handling) Quality standards Group management RESPONSIBILITIES: Train new and existing point-of-sale staff (products, best practices, and service protocols) Prepare products, serve customers, perform cleaning, and other regular operational tasks as requested by immediate supervisor to ensure delivery of the segment's value proposition Carry out integration processes for new hires following established procedures Develop your skills with us!
