




Job Summary: This role ensures that staff members have complete knowledge of our products by delivering training, evaluating learning outcomes, and providing continuous feedback. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive and ongoing product training 2. Creation of assessments and personalized feedback 3. Product support and resolution of related queries Ensure all staff members achieve 100% product knowledge. You will be responsible for end-to-end training, knowledge assessment, and continuous feedback to ensure no one has unanswered questions about our products. **Responsibilities:** * **Live Training Sessions:** Deliver dynamic, foundational in-person sessions as well as those conducted via **Zoom and Google Meet**. * **Foundational Training:** Deliver online courses covering product features and benefits. * **Assessment:** Create quizzes using **Google Forms** to verify team learning progress. * Reporting using Excel Pivot Tables. * **Feedback:** Follow up with individuals scoring low on assessments to reinforce their knowledge. * **Support:** Address specific product-related questions raised by executives. **Requirements:** * **Excel Proficiency:** Ability to use Pivot Tables. * **Google Forms:** Ability to create evaluation questionnaires. * **Communication Skills:** Excellent ability to explain and teach clearly. * **Availability:** Weekend availability for brief operational queries. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of **$10,000**. * **Statutory Benefits** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $10,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
