WHAT WILL BE MY RESPONSIBILITIES? * Install and adjust cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine. * Verify that the CNC program is loaded correctly. * Operation of machining centers. * Execute CNC programs to machine parts according to technical drawings. * Measurement and quality control. * Use instruments such as calipers, micrometers, comparators, and rulers to verify dimensions. * Detect deviations and adjust parameters if necessary. * Basic maintenance. * Perform routine cleaning and check oil, coolant, and other fluid levels. * Report equipment failures or abnormal conditions. * Production recordkeeping. * Maintain production logs, cycle times, good parts, and rejected parts. * Blueprint interpretation. * Read and interpret mechanical drawings, tolerances, surface finishes, and symbols. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION * Experience operating CNC machining centers. * Ability to read drawings and geometric tolerances. * Basic knowledge of G-code and M-code programming. * Proficiency with measuring instruments. * Knowledge of materials (steel, aluminum, plastics, etc.) and their properties.
