We offer our guests an unforgettable experience through our spacious and luxurious facilities, breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, restaurants serving distinctive flavors of regional Mexican and international cuisine, comprehensive spa services, and diverse outdoor activities—all delivered with the unparalleled service of our highly skilled professionals in the luxury hospitality industry. **Requirements:** * Degree in Hospitality Management or related field * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience * Basic reading, writing, and knowledge of English * Personnel management skills * Ability to train staff under your supervision * Flexibility to work various shifts * Ability to interact effectively with employees and vendors **What We Expect From You:** * Process payroll for the three departmental areas (Hotel, Villas, and Residence Club) * Prepare inventory reports for supply warehouses to support monthly procurement * Track monthly and annual procurement activities * Issue purchase orders * Manage departmental expenses * Coordinate expense budgeting * Coordinate staffing budgeting * Process reimbursements * Identify and evaluate new vendors for departmental products or supplies * Track invoices and payments to vendors * Review invoice controls * Review departmental accounts (checkbook and general ledger) * Close month-end departmental accounts * Prepare next week’s staff schedules * Input weekly schedules for all three areas into the system to align with authorized staffing levels and explain any discrepancies * Track employee absences, ST7, and ST2 forms * Follow up on accident investigations and submit findings to Security * Create and review the following day’s operational plan for the week * Coordinate monthly departmental meetings * Request bonuses and one-time payments for supervisors * Coordinate internal events * Arrive punctually for your assigned shift * Attend the appropriate briefing upon starting your shift * Ensure receipt of the shift handover report upon arrival and delivery of the report upon departure * Promptly report lost valuables or forgotten items to Security * Immediately report any maintenance-related anomalies to Coordination or your direct supervisor * Maintain up-to-date payroll-related signatures (time punches, gratuities, payroll documents, etc.) * Consistently uphold the Golden Rule **What You Can Expect From Us:** * Opportunity to join a globally recognized team of professionals in the luxury hospitality industry * Excellent working environment * Access to an attractive benefits package * Life insurance * Complimentary stays at any Four Seasons property worldwide * Performance evaluations * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities * High-quality facilities and services for employees (transportation, staff cafeteria, uniform laundry) **Learn more about us at:** careers.fourseasons.com linkedin.com/company/four-seasons-hotels-and-resorts
