Cook – Industrial Dining Hall (PEMEX) **URIMAR** is seeking a **Cook** for an industrial dining hall. **Salary and Benefits:** * Monthly salary: **$13,000 net** * Transportation assistance: **$1,000 monthly** * Biweekly payment * Statutory benefits from day one * Major medical insurance * Uniforms at no cost * Subsidized dining hall **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday * Fixed day off on Sunday * Available shifts: * 5:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. * 1:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. * 9:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. (Night shift) **Responsibilities:** * Prepare meals according to daily menus (proteins, side dishes, soups, breakfasts, and dinners). * Receive and inspect warehouse supplies, verifying freshness and quality. * Perform daily mise en place (portioning, condiments, utensils, and equipment). * Cook in accordance with procedures established by Urimar Operator. * Serve meals or pack box lunches according to delivery schedule. * Monitor temperatures using a thermometer and record them in the logbook. * Clean and sanitize tables, stoves, refrigerators, and floors. * Verify proper operation of kitchen electrical equipment. * Conduct daily inventory count of supplies and leftovers. **Requirements:** * Minimum **2 years’ experience** as a cook in industrial dining halls, hospitals, or mass food service operations. * Knowledge of mass food preparation, portion control, and sanitary regulations (NOM-251). * Hygienic food handling and operation of kitchen electrical equipment. * Availability to rotate shifts. **Position Type:** Full-time **Work Location:** Industrial dining hall (PEMEX) **Application:** Apply through this channel.
