




**Job Mission:** Oversee payroll processes to ensure payments are accurate and comply with applicable laws. **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise employee payments to ensure compliance with applicable laws. * Develop systems to support the optimization of payroll transactions. * Collaborate in tax audits by providing necessary data and ensuring its accuracy. * Prepare payroll reports to support audit processes and payment control verification. * Lead the team through responsibilities such as: work planning, team member supervision, onboarding and training of new staff, and performance management based on KPIs. **Requirements:** **Education:** Accounting; Commercial Engineering; Business Administration; Human Resources or related field **Experience:** 3+ years in payroll **Knowledge:** Team leadership, Project management **Software:** Excel, Payroll (Kronos, Oracle or similar) **Offer Conditions:** **Net Monthly Salary:** 12000
