Maintenance Manager Education: Mechanical-electrical, industrial or related engineering degree. Three years of verifiable experience as Maintenance Manager, preferably in sports clubs and offices. Knowledge of electrical systems, swimming pool filtration, plumbing, painting, air conditioning, swimming pool water treatment, electromechanics, substations, emergency systems, and supervision of custodial staff.
