Support in preparing financial statements and reports **Ota Group is seeking an Accounting Assistant in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------- #### **Job Objective** Ensure accurate and timely recording of the company’s accounting transactions, guaranteeing proper compliance with current tax and accounting regulations, as well as appropriate management of payroll, billing, and accounting accounts. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Record and classify accounting transactions. * Prepare and process payrolls (biweekly and monthly). * Load payroll data into accounting systems. * Review and issue tax receipts (CFDI). * File payroll tax returns. * Perform bank reconciliations and account clean-up. * Review and validate invoices. * Prepare payment requisitions. * Record and manage collections. * Support preparation of financial statements and accounting reports. * #### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of **1 to 2 years** of experience in a similar position. * Proficiency in accounting systems: **SAE, COI, NOI, SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, Odoo**. * Knowledge of general accounting, taxation, and payroll. * Basic to intermediate Excel skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
