Cross-Sectional Construction Resident

DESCRIPTION **GP Construction** is a leader in infrastructure and industrial construction. We are seeking a qualified professional to lead and supervise cross-sectional construction activities, with a specific focus on cross drainage, highway projects, and bypasses. You will be responsible for planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your role will be critical to the success of our projects, guaranteeing on-time and on-budget delivery while maintaining smooth communication with all stakeholders—from site teams to clients and suppliers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate all activities related to the execution of cross-drainage works, highway projects, and bypasses. * Ensure compliance with construction drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Manage and optimize project resources (human, material, and equipment). * Develop and monitor construction schedules, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Control project costs through cost estimation, budgeting, and cost analysis. * Ensure site safety by implementing and supervising compliance with safety and hygiene policies and procedures. * Coordinate site logistics, including material receipt and control, as well as equipment and machinery scheduling. * Supervise assigned personnel, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment. * Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients, supervisors, and other stakeholders. * Prepare construction progress reports, daily logs, and all required technical and administrative documentation. * Resolve technical and operational issues arising during project execution. * Ensure work quality by verifying compliance with specifications and standards. **What We Are Looking For:** * Academic background in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience in managing and supervising infrastructure construction projects, especially in: * Cross-Drainage Works. * Highway Projects. * Bypass Construction. * Solid knowledge of technical and industrial safety regulations. * Demonstrated project management capability, including planning, budgeting, and cost control. * Leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Results-oriented mindset with strong commitment to achieving objectives. * Proactivity, accountability, and a high sense of responsibility. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 4 years’ experience in highway projects, supervising drainage works. * Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
