




Job Summary: Provides end-user technical support, performs hardware and software maintenance, and manages networks and IT assets. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive end-user support (Helpdesk) 2. Network and connectivity management Main Responsibilities - End-User Support (Helpdesk): Address and resolve technical incidents reported through official channels (WhatsApp, tickets, or email), maintaining a clear record of resolutions. - Hardware Maintenance: Perform diagnostics, preventive and corrective cleaning of equipment (laptops and desktops), as well as warranty management with vendors. - Software Administration: Install and configure applications from the Microsoft 365 suite. - Provide basic support for client systems. - Ensure removal of unauthorized or unlicensed software from the corporate network. - Network and Connectivity Management: Configure network ports, shared printers, and ensure users connect correctly to the local network.
