




Position Summary: Coordinate human resource management to attract, retain, and develop talent while maintaining productivity and fostering an organizational culture aligned with the company’s vision. Promotion of organizational culture Position Purpose: Coordinate human resource management by facilitating and driving appropriate resources to attract, retain, and develop talent, thereby sustaining productivity, achieving organizational objectives, and fostering an organizational culture aligned with the company’s vision and mission. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Organizational Psychology, Human Development, Human Resources, or related field Ages 20 to 40 Flexible schedule availability, strong verbal communication skills, assertive communication, empathy, honesty, proactivity, responsibility, organization, commitment, service orientation, and results orientation. Responsibilities: \* Implement recruitment and selection strategies to hire human talent according to company needs. \* Conduct onboarding training for newly hired personnel. \* Design and implement talent development strategies to consolidate and grow the company. \* Promote living the organizational culture and ensure efficient communication across all organizational levels. \* Conduct evaluations to assess employees’ human talent and update the company’s organizational structure. \* Implement projects and tools to ensure staff retention. \* Manage personnel incidents and guarantee compliance with labor and social security regulations. \* Administer pay slips, clarify and/or channel payroll-related questions from employees to the Administration Department. \* Support payroll preparation for personnel. \* Attend to employees regarding any incidents they may encounter. \* Support salary benchmarking to remain competitive in the labor market.
