




Job Opening: Human Resources Generalist – Guadalajara (Av. 8 de Julio) Do you want to build and lead the Human Resources department from scratch? We are looking for a highly proactive **Human Resources Leader**, with proven experience in recruiting qualified talent and strategic capacity to influence decision-making within the company. Key Responsibilities * Effectively and strategically hire qualified personnel (**full mastery, mandatory requirement**). * Design and update performance indicators and job descriptions. * Negotiate and influence the implementation of ideas and proposals within the organization. * Transfer attendance records—including absences, vacations, and leaves—to the administrative department for registration. * Develop employee development and training plans. * Organize internal events (team building, holiday parties, integration activities). * Design and administer 360-degree assessments for the entire team. * Implement a gamified incentive system based on metrics, ideas, recognition, and merit. Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field. * Prior experience as an HR Leader in medium- or large-sized companies. * Skills in negotiation and organizational influence. * Ability to create indicators, job profiles, and development strategies. * Proactivity, initiative, and strategic vision. * Payroll knowledge is not required (handled by the administrative department). Conditions and Benefits * **Base salary: $15,000 – $18,000 net** * Statutory benefits. * Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Work modality: On-site – Av. 8 de Julio, Guadalajara.
