Job Objective To provide first-level technical support to internal users, ensuring the operational continuity of the organization’s systems, equipment, and technological tools. Responsibilities * Handling and tracking technical support tickets (Level 1). * Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. * Configuring computers, printers, and mobile devices. * Providing support for Windows operating systems and Office 365 tools. * Installing and updating software applications. * Timely escalation of incidents to Level 2 when required. * Documenting processes and solutions. Requirements * Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, IT, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (Help Desk or Technical Support). * Service-oriented attitude, effective communication skills, and sense of urgency.
