Vehicle unit monitoring via GPS and telematics platforms. 2. Operator tracking and compliance with safety protocols. 3. On-route assistance and critical event management. A vehicle transportation logistics company seeks a GPS and telemetry-based monitoring executive to ensure adherence to safety protocols and applicable regulations. Requirements: * Experience with global positioning systems (GPS). * Knowledge of safety protocols. * Flexible availability. Responsibilities: * Monitor vehicle units via GPS and telematics platforms. * Track operators (drivers, base personnel). * Prepare client reports. * Implement protocols for speeding, route deviations, and unauthorized stops; respond to and record critical events (accidents, thefts, incidents). * Record all events occurring during a unit’s and operator’s journey; follow up on open items at each shift change; report any incidents to the coordinator. * Address on-route needs, IAVE card malfunctions, mechanical issues with units, assist in route familiarization, ensure adherence to transit timeframes, and handle vandalism, accidents, or theft incidents.
