




**ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** Graduate in Civil Engineering or Architecture with extensive practical knowledge of Contract Management **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:** • Minimum 8 years’ experience in infrastructure project execution. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Contract Management for infrastructure projects valued at over USD 10 million. • Civil Engineer or Architect with comprehensive knowledge of contract and subcontract administration. • English language proficiency at 75%. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Review, contractual risk analysis, and support for formalization of the main Construction Contract, as well as principal subcontracts deemed appropriate by the Project Director; including respective extensions or amendments that may be required in both cases. • Contractual monitoring of the construction execution schedule. • Administration of communications related to the main contract and principal subcontractors. • Administration of Project Minutes and Logbook Notes. • Weekly reporting of area-related incidents to the Project Management Office and the Functional Contract Management Department. • Responsible for collecting contractual evidence to support potential claims and defenses arising during project execution. • Responsible for preparing, submitting, delivering, and reconciling claims. • Support for contract and subcontract closure, as well as release of guarantees. • Responsible for Document Control. **WE OFFER** Attractive salary Statutory and additional benefits.
