Join our team! **Position Mission** The mission of this role is to ensure the integration of new employees into operations, developing skills that guarantee optimal job performance according to the company's established policies and procedures. **Job Description** Key Responsibilities \- Execute onboarding and training programs, ensuring materials and logistics for each session. \- Record and document training evidence for staff. \- Update and design content/presentations to enhance employee experience in training and development topics. \- Conduct store visits to deliver and follow up on specific training programs.
