**Job reference:** cophrs\-050825 ### **Our consortium** **30 years of frontline action against social exclusion** Samusocial de Paris is a key player in the fight against social exclusion. For thirty years, its core missions have been reaching out to, welcoming, treating, and accommodating individuals and families living in extreme precarity. Organized as a Public Interest Consortium, it brings together teams of professionals and public and private partners around shared values: equality among all individuals, collective solidarity to assist anyone experiencing exclusion, and dignity for everyone. ### **The environment** The Integrated Reception and Orientation Service (SIAO) centralizes and regulates the supply and demand for accommodation and housing. Always starting from the users' needs, it aims to provide each person with an orientation tailored to their specific situation through a central management team and three operational poles working in close collaboration: the Skills and Resources Pole, the Social Monitoring Pole, and the Housing Pole. The Housing Pole consists of a 50-member team managing 45,000 shelter, hotel, or insertion housing places across Paris and Île-de-France, and supports access to social housing. The Housing Pole maintains connections with over 750 social services. ### **The mission** You will analyze applicants' situations and orient them toward accommodations under your responsibility (shelter; hotel; insertion housing; or social housing). As a civil servant, you are subject to requirements of discretion, neutrality, and secularism. ### **The position** You will be responsible for the "Résidence sociale" program within the insertion housing team (13 staff members). * Each day, you will review requests submitted by social workers to verify completeness and determine eligibility for appropriate orientation. * You will orient single individuals or families awaiting accommodation toward insertion housing units. * To fulfill these responsibilities, you will maintain regular contact with social workers supporting vulnerable individuals and with facilities able to accommodate them. ### **Candidate profile** **Required qualifications** You hold at minimum a Bac\+2 level degree in social work or humanities. **Required experience** You have solid knowledge of populations experiencing severe social exclusion and familiarity with Parisian social, medico-social, and healthcare systems. **Skills / Know-how / Personal qualities** * Reactive, rigorous, and organized, you can set priorities, manage complex situations, and sustain high workloads. * You are able to report effectively to your superiors and demonstrate initiative and persuasive abilities. * You possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork. * You have excellent writing and synthesis abilities. * You are proficient in standard computer tools (internet, Word, Excel). Familiarity with the SIAO information system is an advantage. ### **Working conditions** Number of positions: We have 1 position available. Expected start date: Early September 2025 Contract type: Permanent contract (CDI) Position status: Management-level equivalent Working hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week Salary and benefits: Your gross monthly salary will start at €2,151.80.
