Take the next step and join us. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced **Automotive Electrical/Electronic Engineer** to join our global development team. This role is responsible for the development, validation, and industrialization of automotive components, with a strong focus on battery systems and electromechanical technologies. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with leadership, communication, and cross\-functional collaboration skills. **Key Responsibilities:** * 3 years of proven experience as part of an engineering team * Experience in cost savings * Experience in working with cross\-functional teams, e.g. Purchasing, Quality, Suppliers, Manufacturing, Finance, etc. * Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail * Project management proven experience * Self\-starter approach, high motivation, goal\-oriented **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field * Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive component development (HVAC and electrical) **Additional Information** **\*All candidates MUST reside and be legally authotized to work in Mexico\*** *At SEGULA Technologies, diversity, fairness and inclusion are at the heart of our HR policy.
